OUR PURPOSE:
The Light and Grace Wellness Spa believes BALANCE is the key to life. We are all constantly surrounded by the day-to-day “busyness” of life, and many of us don’t prioritize our HEALTH and WELLNESS. If we don't make time for our WELLNESS, we will be forced to make time for our ILLNESS! Burnout exists because we made "rest" a reward, rather than a "RIGHT". Wellness means different things to different people. Wellness to us incorporates the Physical, Mental, and Spiritual aspects of life. Each enhances the other for optimal whole-body wellness. The purpose of our wellness spa is to provide a safe and judgment-free space where you can go to relax your mind and body, just as you are. Spa therapy provides physical, mental, and spiritual benefits which are crucial in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and promoting longevity. ~"Take care of your body, it's the ONLY place you HAVE to live."~ May this space bring you "LIGHT" and "GRACE" always! ~
~Physical- A healthy body through exercise, nutrition, hydration, sleep, self-care and mental wellness that promotes proper care for optimal functioning.
~Mental- A person’s state of well-being in which every individual regards their emotional state and ability to cope with the daily stresses of life. Being in touch with, aware of, and able to express one’s feelings and those around us empathetically.
~Spiritual- Our search for meaning and purpose in human existence as it relates to the process of developing beliefs around the meaning of life.

*Licensed and Insured, with current CPR and first aid certification
*Unlike large overwhelming spa facilities, you will receive an intimate 1-on-1 experience with individualized service as we are BY APT ONLY
*Convenient free on-site parking and located right by TF Green airport with close highway access
*Rush-free environment with apt bookings in 30-min gaps to allow time to relax afterward
*Our 30-minute apt gaps also allow extra time for the cleanest guidelines for our clients
*We include our Zen Den relaxation room (w/any massage service) for 15-mins after your apt, we also have lounge chairs and a small outdoor patio
*Non-toxic environment- what you WON'T experience is a loud salon-like atmosphere with blow dryers, hair spray chemicals, and nail polish chemicals in the air
*Small gift store with locally made items, also with non-toxic items such as natural soaps, organic tea blends, soy candles & more
*Low staff-turnover, avoiding staff inconsistency with the Owner being present daily and the main Massage Therapist
*We use non-scented organic hypoallergic massage creams/oils AND detergents for sensitive skin issues like eczema
*We use "faux-lit" candles only to avoid allergy triggers and respiratory triggers for issues like asthma! We only use 100% therapeutic-grade essential oils for optional scents in the service rooms
