This massage is more focused on muscle knots or adhesions in the deep layers of the muscles and connective tissue. It uses deep pressure combining, hands, fist, and elbow techniques. This helps muscle tension, chronic pain breaks up scar tissue and helps rehabilitate injured muscles.
