This massage combines Swedish massage with the use of hot stones by placing them on certain points on the body. The heat is used to relax the body and muscles, to release tension more quickly so the muscle tissue will be easier to massage, using long slow effleurage stokes promotes relaxation, stress reduction, muscle tension, and soreness.
