Service Description

Pricing- -$20 for "scheduled walk-in" for 30-mins max -$30 for "scheduled walk-in" for 45-mins max -We now have 10-sauna session packs available for $150 (for 45-min sessions, with a *saving value of $150*) -An infrared Sauna uses light to create heat, which heats your body directly without warming the air around you. This helps easier breathing, joint pain, stiffness, muscle soreness, blood circulation, insomnia, and detoxification. Our sauna can accommodate 2-people. -Please wear loose comfortable clothing such as athletic wear, sports bra, shorts, bathing suits, flip flops, etc. Feel free to bring your own towel & change of clothes if you choose. However we do also have towels and robes at the spa available to you. -Please SEE policies tab and/or refer to the below for more info for those who may have to refrain from sessions. A waiver will also be required prior to sessions. *Infrared Sauna Therapy is an outstanding treatment modality and relaxation therapy for most people. There are, however, some people who should not use the Infrared sauna at all and others who should use it with caution. The following check list helps you identify any considerations specific to you and requests you acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the Infrared Sauna. It is always recommended that you talk with your doctor before using the infrared sauna. If any chance of pregnancy you should refrain from using the sauna. The use of drugs, medications, or alcohol prior to or during the sauna session may lead to dizziness or unconsciousness. Any current fevers, infections or injuries you should refrain from using the sauna. Any history of dizziness, fainting spells, heat sensitivity, narcolepsy or seizures you should refrain from using sauna. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the far infrared sauna. Older individuals should consult their physician before using the infrared sauna. Discontinue the use of the sauna if you feel light-headed, dizzy or heat exhausted. *If you answered Yes to any of these questions it is not recommended that you use the infrared sauna at this time.
