This massage focuses on relaxation for Moms-to-be! This massage will be in both combined slightly elevated positions and/or left side-lying positions to optimize both oxygen delivery to baby and allow blood circulation an easier route from the heart to the placenta for maximum safety for mom and baby. This massage will be in light to moderate pressure, it will help reduce anxiety, back pain, muscular discomfort, reduce insomnia, reduce swelling and overall relax the mind and body. (Must be past 1st trimester, medical clearance is required. The following contradiction areas will be avoided: stomach & trigger points on ankles) *Complimentary* peppermint essential oil aromatherapy diffused in room, this will help with nausea and the respiratory system!
